Youre fascinated by how AI and emerging technologies are changing the way businesses operate and youre excited about the opportunity to apply those tools in the world of events and experiences.

Youre naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work especially where processes are manual repetitive or could be improved. Rather than just accepting the status quo you like exploring new tools testing ideas and suggesting smarter ways of working.

Over the course of this 12-month rotational role youll work across several teams at egg gaining visibility into how we design sell and deliver events for our clients. Your mission will be to observe how our teams operate identify opportunities where AI or automation could support our work and propose practical ideas that could help us work smarter faster and more efficiently.

What youll be doing

  • Rotate across several teams including Operations Experience Commercial and Tech/Digital or a back-office function gaining visibility into how we design sell and deliver events.

  • Observe and analyse workflows processes and recurring challenges across teams.

  • Identify opportunities where AI tools or automation could help improve efficiency reduce manual work or enhance collaboration.

  • Research and experiment with AI tools that could support areas such as project delivery creative development research reporting or internal processes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to explore and test practical ideas or small pilots.

  • Share insights and recommendations on how AI could support teams and improve the way we work.

  • Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and trends that could be relevant to the event and experiential industry.

  • Present findings and suggested improvements to teams and leadership throughout the program.

Must haves

  • A strong interest in AI tools automation and emerging technologies

  • Curiosity about how businesses operate and how processes can be improved

  • Interest in the event experiential marketing or creative industries

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to observe workflows identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements

  • Confidence communicating ideas and presenting insights to different teams

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • A proactive curious mindset and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working

  • Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to haves

  • Fluency in French would be a great advantage

  • Academic background in technology innovation business data or digital transformation

  • Previous exposure to the events marketing hospitality or creative industries

  • Experience conducting research analysing processes or proposing operational improvements

  • Internship project work or personal initiatives involving AI tools or digital experimentation

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving collaborative environment
