As an IT Associate Analyst intern you will support the deployment of credit card devices across Sentara and will provide an individual with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into an IT career path within the organization. Interns will receive experiential learning through operational engagement and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
This internship provides a meaningful learning experience where youll work sidebyside with a supportive team member. Youll take on real project responsibilities and assist with initiatives that help drive the departments work forward.
Location: On-Site - Sentara Norfolk General Hospital - 600 Gresham Dr Norfolk VA
Hours per week: 30-40
Duration: 10-12 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Support colleagues with project tasks and deliverables
- Help with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports
- Conduct research and analysis on topics relevant to the department
- Contribute to the development and execution of projects
- Prepare and organize data for presentations and reports
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Communicate ongoing progress related to currently assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
Education
- Must be currently pursuing and/or enrolled in a college or university at an undergraduate or graduate level.
