Unified Restorations is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Associate to support daily operations involving inventory management material handling and job site coordination. This role is essential to ensure that restoration projects are supplied efficiently and completed on schedule with a white glove approach. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable working in afast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery pickup and distribution of equipment and materials to job sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Track and manage equipment usage and maintenance.
- Communicate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely support.
- Operate Company vehicles safely when transporting materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and Company policies.
- Must be willing and able to work a 4-Day flexible work business need additional days are hours are from8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Fridaywith occasional nights weekends or overnight assignments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Exceptional Customer Service skills providing white glove service to our clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Combination of warehouse and field environments.
- May require working in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Educational Development test (GED) required.
- A college degree is an added bonus.
- Previous experience in the logistics warehouse contents cleaning installation or restoration industry is preferred.
- Required to possessa valid drivers license with a clean driving recordat the time and duration of employment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials (at least 50 lbs. or more repeatedly).
- Must successfully pass apre-employment drug screen and background check.
