Ideagen Wearable Safety (Reactec) helps organisations understand and reduce workplace health risks through powerful wearable technology and cloudbased analytics. Our solutions give leaders the data they need to protect their workforce and now as we expand across the UK and into Europe were looking for an Account Executive who can help us accelerate that impact!
We are looking for a driven curious sales professional who lives for finding opportunities and smashing targets. Youll open doors across the EHS market spark highvalue conversations and show senior stakeholders exactly how Reactecs tech can transform the way organisations manage risk. This role is all about momentum creating pipeline converting fast and driving our expansion into Europe.

Youll travel across the UK and Europe to showcase our tech convert opportunities into revenue and build partnerships that power our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Sales Executive youll be responsible for driving new business developing key accounts and supporting our expansion into new European markets. You will:

  • Win new business and build strategic relationships with EHS operational and commercial leaders.
  • Run standout demonstrations and trials that clearly show how Reactec technology transforms risk insight and operational decision making.
  • Develop key accounts maximising adoption and longterm commercial value.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
  • Drive multistakeholder engagement and guide customers through trials and evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Experience

  • You know the EHS market and have sold into industries such as Construction Manufacturing Aviation etc.

  • Youve sold technical dataled solutions and can explain complex products with ease.

  • Youve closed deals in international markets and know how to navigate multistakeholder buying cycles.

  • Youre commercially sharp relationshipdriven and confident influencing senior decision makers.

  • Ability to build relationships with critical operations health and safety and commercial decision makers in major organisations.

  • Youre commercially sharp curious resilient and thrive in a targetdriven environment.

  • Proficiency in an additional language is required for this role
