Job Summary
Salary:
Paying 14.85 per hour PAYE
Trade & Promotions Executive Role:
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities aligned to collections strategies and priorities
- Drive cash collection in line with agreed payment terms including proactive chasing of overdue invoices
- Process and manage customer deductions and claims ensuring accurate and timely resolution
- Reconcile credits against deductions and maintain accurate account balances
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales to manage account ledgers and debt positions
- Ensure all financial processes are followed to support efficient deduction handling and recovery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain cash flow targets
- Experience within accounts receivable or a finance-related role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to understand the broader commercial and business context
