Job Summary
Qualification # Diploma Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience # minimum 2-3 years in Aluminium Casting House Equipment Operation
Person should have hands on experience of operation of Aluminium Casting Equipment (Furnace Casting Machine ACD CFF DBF)
Person should have experience of operating the Casting Machine Operators Panel Mold & starting head preparation
Person should be well versed withcasting setup equipment and auxiliaries
Shift production of casting machine-1 &2
Daily production recording & reporting
Co-ordination with furnace in charge
Cycle time monitoring & recordingof casting machines
Colling tower & Argon facilities operations
Inputs planning for all furnaces ( Scrap Molten metal Alloys)
Co-ordination with pot room CRM team
Cycle time monitoring & recording of furnaces
Shift breakdown & PTW system implementation
Safety standard implementation
Premium LSHS NG LPG facilities monitoring &recording
Reporting Of UAUC and Near misses
