Ansell is looking for a Assoc Specialist Marketing Communications In Colombia!

In this position you will be support the execution of the marketing strategy for the country NPD (New Product Development) launching and portfolio promotion across selected distributors for Industrial and Medical BUs.

Key activities include but are not limited to:

Support the Marketing Manager from the region on the Implementation of the branding and marketing campaigns for Industrial and Medical BUs

Channel Management: Work closely with Distributors Marketing Departments to follow up the strategies to promote Ansells products enhancing brand awareness across digital and traditional marketing

New Product Launches: Coordinate with Graphic Designers regionalization of collaterals

Suppliers Management: Partner with agencies and different suppliers to support local marketing initiatives.

What your role will be

Marketing Plan Strategy in Colombia

Support the execution of the Marketing Plan for the country in coordination with Mercosur & Colombia Marketing Manager

Distributors and main users field visits in collaboration with commercial team with the aim of understand the market doing benchmarks and market analysis.

Content Material development: Create or regionalize guides catalogs flyers and sales support material according to country needs.

Support the execution of Ansell Challenges Brunch & Learns Lunch & Learns and all trade shows require by commercial team.

Channel Management

Create Collateral materials that help distributors sales teams engage with our products and help them in sell out.

Distributors web pages optimization (images and product descriptions) using internal RCM tool software (follow up review update)

Occasionally will support the execution of Co-participation in trade show

NPDs Launching

Manage the regionalization of collateral material develop for New Products in the region.

Maintain NPDs social media presence in distributors websites and social media channels.

Suppliers Management

Manage marketing agencies (graphic design translation) including sourcing documentation quotations and payment requests.

Giveaways & traditional material management: inventory control and coordinate logistics to deliver material.

What will you bring to Ansell

Education

Bachelorsdegree in marketing communications or related business area

Job Experience

2 years of experience in marketing with digital marketing experience

Distributors relationships

Marketing analytics

Knowledge and Skills & Desirable Job Competencies

Advanced English level

Project management and strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

Experience and operating in a matrix environment.

Excel intermediate

Results-oriented

Team player

Able to work independently and multitask.

Flexible and adaptable

Self-driven

Additional Requirements (travel etc.)

Sales Force knowledge
