The purpose of the Early Careers Advisor position is to work with the Early Careers Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager to design and deliver successful Early Careers campaigns (across Graduate and Internship opportunities).Youllhelp shape how PwC shows up on campus and online building relationships delivering standout events and creating an excellent candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding.

This is a highly visible relationship-led role for someone who enjoys variety loves events and wants torepresenta trusted brand.The Early Careers Advisor will promote PwC as a firm of choice to young talent and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

As our Early CareersAdvisoryou willbe responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Early Careers Manager and Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to support PwCs entry-level recruitment campaigns including Graduate and Internshipprogrammes.

  • Sourcingidentifyingand engaging candidates through various channels including university partnerships online platforms and career and networking events.

  • Reviewing applications and CVs coordinating interviews and partnering with the business to secure top entry-level talent.

  • Beinga central pointof contact for candidates and colleagues across Early Careers responding to queries resolving issues andmaintaininga high-quality experience throughout the process.

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to clarify early talent needs andsupportingthe Early Careers Manager to develop and deliver campaign strategies.

  • Using our applicant tracking system (Workday) and other tools to manage candidates through recruitment and onboarding.

  • Planning and delivering campus activity alongside wider business representatives including travel during peak engagement periods (particularly March and July).

  • Working with colleagues across People & Culture to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for successful candidates.

  • 1-2yearsrelevant experience within Student Careers Recruitment HumanResourcesor other closely related fields (e.g. universitycareersengagement recruitment agency or event coordination).

  • Knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies and processes is preferred.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (e.g. Workday) is preferred.

  • Confidentoutgoingand relationship-focused comfortable engaging with students andstakeholders andrepresentingthe PwC brand.

  • Strongorganisationalskills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines across a busy events calendar.

  • A proactive problem-solver who uses initiative finds solutions and escalates appropriately when needed.

  • Commercially aware with the ability to communicate PwCs employer value proposition in a clear compelling way.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills withconfidenceusing technology and data (including leveraging tools such as AI to work smarter).
