The Tester & Quality Assurance AI Solutions role sits within the AI Centre of Excellence in Internal Firm Services at PwC andis responsible forassuring the qualityreliabilityand responsible use of AI solutions

The role leads end-to-end testing across AI agents workflowsand supporting systemsactively coordinates testing activities with product owners developers and business stakeholders andconducts AI-specific evaluations (e.g.accuracy bias robustness and explainability).It also plays a key role inriskstechnology duediligenceand complianceactivities ensuring controlsare designed testedevidencedand formally approvedprior to release

Your day-to-day could include:

• Develop and execute test plans cases and scriptsfor AI agents and supporting systems

• Perform functional and AI-specificevaluations aligned to Responsible AIstandards(accuracy bias robustness explainability)

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with delivery and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully validated

• Validate data flows prompts modeloutputsguardrailsand production controls

• Support and coordinaterisk securityprivacyand regulatory due diligence activities

• Identifyand track defectsrisksand control gaps to resolution

• Partner with producttechnologyand risk teams to support approvals and releases

• Maintain clearauditabletesting documentation and quality reportingto support stage gates and go-live decisions

Essential

• Three or moreyears experiencein software testing qualityassuranceor technology risk roles.

• Experience testing complex digital or AIenabled solutions.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies defectmanagementand quality metrics.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills including concise documentation.

• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or similar or equivalent experience

• Certification in software testing quality assuranceriskor security.

Desirable

• Experience testing AI agents LLMbasedsolutionsor datadriven systems.

• Exposure to responsible AI privacysecurityand compliance by design practices.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test and defect management.

• Professional services experience or other complex multi stakeholder environments
