Harborview Medical Centers 2 West Clinics has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN 3).

WORK SCHEDULE

• 100% FTE 40 hours weekly

• Day Shift Mon - Fri

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Harborviews 2 West Clinics include Madison (HIV Primary Care) Infectious Diseases Hansens Disease Travel Medicine Allergy (Adult) High Resolution Anoscopy and the MOD MAX and Aurora/SHE low barrier clinics.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Functions as a competent Registered Nurse to provide safe and therapeutic care and coordination of services throughout the nursing process of assessment diagnosis planning implementation and evaluation as well as acting as a clinical resource for staff

• Oversees day-to-day clinical activities supervises and supports clinical staff (RN2 and MA) and provides direction to and coordination of the work of other clinic support staff

• Helps in the planning and implementation of desired changes to improve the delivery of patient care and development of clinical support staff

• Helps develop guide and oversee Quality Improvement initiatives in conjunction with administrative and physician leadership

REQUIREMENTS

• Active WA State or Multi-State RN License by start date

• At least 5 years of experience as an RN in high acuity settings
