Med Surg Float Team RN - 8hr PM/NOC Variables - Green Bay WI
Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Health.

Contract 13 weeks
Start ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40-48 (minimum of 40 up to 48. OT after 48)
*GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week except during holidays where unit is closed*
Primary Location: Green Bay WI
Shift Requirements: 8hr PM/NOC Variables (must be flexible) *Pm shift is 3pm-11:30pm and 8 hr night shift is 11pm-7:30am*
Float Team Position: Traveler will be floating as needed within skillset to observation unit Cardiac unit medical unit surgical unit ortho/neuro unit inpatient rehab and/or transitional care unit and gaining their comfort surrounding this. Facility will try and keep them in 1-2 like units but have the potential to float to another unit.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: none
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart) & Active RN or Compact license NIHSS
***NIHSS certification preferred for submissions completion of cert is required prior to end of orientation. Certification provided through Apex Innovations at no charge to the traveler.***
Minimum Experience: 1 -2 years Med/Surg experience Must have experience with venipuncture and Cardizem is required
Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the past 2 years
Ratios: Day shift 1:4 Pm shift 1:4/1:5 & NOC shift 1:6 occasionally 1:7
Hard worker Time management Resilient and Manages Change well Social candidates
Scrub Colors: No bright colors or character prints
