M/S RN 5th floor - 12 hr nights - Appleton WI

**CLINICAL INTERVIEW SERVICES**

*PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 mile radius of Corporate Center in Neenah WI*

Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Primary location: Appleton WI
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
Shift start times: 530p
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekends: Every other
Holidays: As needed
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset Floating To all Facilities within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN License AHA BLS
Minimum 3 years RN experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years MS experience REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
Hard worker Resilient and Manages Change well Social candidates
Primary Cases: GI GI drips Urology PCAs NGs Vascular Ortho
Required Skillset: Experience with surgical patients REQUIRED
Patient Ratios: 1:5-1:6
Scrub Colors: Black

No New Travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
8hr unbillable orientation
Billing: Sunday - Saturday

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week except during holidays where unit is closed.
