Responsibilities
Prepare pre- and post-month-end performance reports.
Maintain and develop agent scorecards to assess credit risk.
Analyze broker financial accounts regularly record data and manage payments within budget.
Develop and execute settlement strategies for complex credit control issues.
Negotiate complex credit control matters effectively.
Lead credit control projects with a focus on successful delivery.
Conduct file audits of team members to ensure adherence to technical and process standards.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders ensuring transparent communication.
Oversee daily team performance prioritize workloads and ensure team accountability for defined goals.
Recruit train and coach team members supporting their personal development and career planning while recognizing good performance.
Deliver monitor maintain and improve the teams key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate or possess a professional qualification in a finance-related discipline.
Proficient in written and spoken French; Portuguese is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels and clarify requirements.
Highly self-motivated with a hands-on approach to driving solutions for the team especially as it is being created from scratch.
Strong attention to detail in producing high-quality output under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
Good analytical skills for complex data analysis and effective decision-making in business or technical issues.
Personal drive to achieve personal goals and motivate others to achieve team goals.
Good leadership skills with experience in team and conflict management.
