FLSA Status: Exempt 1st Shift Schedule: 80 hour bi-weekly Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm General Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Development Operations Coordinator is the accurate management maintenance and administration of the Holy Angels Development fundraising and donor database with a focus on daily gift entry and donor acknowledgements. This position is responsible for creating and analyzing periodic reports queries and tracking assignments to support all development activities. The Development Operations Coordinator also provides support for the Annual Fund Special Events External Events and other development initiatives as assigned. Minimum Level of Education and Experience Required: - An associate or 4 year degree is preferred or a minimum of two years of related work experience preferably in a development office.
- Proficiency with Raisers Edge or other fundraising CRM (Constituent Relationship Management system).
- Excellent keyboarding and computer skills especially with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality in an office setting and especially in a fundraising (development) setting.
- Excellent telephone skills for donor relations and contacts with businesses volunteers and others.
- Familiarity with general office filing systems and general office business practices.
