Description:
This full-time apprenticeship offers administrative experience in a supportive environment. Working on this highly collaborative team will contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive K12 performing arts curriculum. This role provides foundational administrative support to the work of the team delivering essential functions ranging from logistics to finance.
This role will help support the administration of the K12 department including organizing meetings and events travel logistics tracking finances and various tasks related to our expanding business development efforts.
This role will report to the Director of Programs and Operations. The K12 Programs Department operates on a hybrid work schedule and is in-office as a team Tuesday-Thursday. For Mondays and Fridays employees can elect to work remotely or come into the office.
Compensation:
The salary is $18.50 per hour or a contracted amount of $29600 for the school year.

About the Professional Apprentice Program:This program provides immersive training for emerging performing arts technicians and administrators addressing the need for practical training in the field. For over four decades it has prepared recent graduates early-career professionalsand individuals undergoing career transitions for employment in the cultural sector. This is achieved through hands-on experience professional development and networking and mentorship opportunities.
