DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support for our companys Mac and iPhone users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering excellent user support.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for macOS and iOS devices (MacBooks iMacs iPhones).
- Install configure and maintain Apple devices and related applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware software network and email issues.
- Manage device setup onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support Apple ID iCloud MDM and device enrollment processes.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM tools (Jamf Intune etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking (DNS DHCP VPN).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
