Job Summary
Our client HR Business Solutions is looking for Sales and Marketing in Lahore.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a solid background in the security
industry to lead our Sales & Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth
strengthening market presence and expanding the companys reach in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department ensuring alignment with company objectives and overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share both locally and internationally.
- Establish develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and agents.
- Set sales targets track performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals
- Monitor competitors pricing trends and market developments
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/sales tools (CRM systems)
