America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is seeking a full time Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Present project timelines progress updates risks and milestones to client stakeholders during regular status meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support seamless service delivery and adherence to established processes.
- Coordinate materials manage inventory and liaise with vendors to support efficient project execution.
- Review and validate project schedules materials and key deliverables in alignment with cross-functional objectives.
- Monitor adherence to internal and client quality standards and support the consistent application of approved processes.
- Maintain regular communication with field teams to track site progress and provide timely project updates.
- Prepare and maintain project reports dashboards attendance records and daily activity logs.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized up-to-date project records for assigned initiatives.
- Manage incoming escalations and coordinate with appropriate teams to support timely issue resolution.
- Assist with forecasting project deliverables material requirements and timelines to support planning targets.
- Organize and maintain operational documentation and data repositories including both active and archived records.
Personal Qualities
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and adherence to established quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective engagement with clients teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborative and proactive team contributor able to apply expertise while aligning with leadership direction.
- Adaptable and receptive to change with a continuous focus on improving processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in coordination and/or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to support and lead client-facing meetings as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) including preparation of professional reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools is considered an asset.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work environment
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Work Location- Lower Mainland BC or Calgary AB
