The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex high-value or multi-phase construction projects while also providing strategic oversight mentorship and operational leadership across multiple project teams.
This role plays a critical part in driving project performance developing teams improving systems and supporting business growth.
The Senior Project Manager works closely with executive leadership clients and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Leadership
Lead multiple or large-scale construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee project teams to ensure alignment with budget schedule safety and quality targets
Provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers and field teams
Support high-level project planning risk management and execution strategy
Financial & Performance Oversight
Monitor and manage project financial performance including forecasting and cost control
Review project KPIs and performance metrics across multiple projects
Identify risks and implement strategies to protect project profitability
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders
Act as a senior point of contact for project-related matters
Support contract negotiations and major change orders
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and coach Project Managers and project teams
Support workforce planning and resource allocation across projects
Promote a culture of accountability performance and continuous improvement
Systems & Process Improvement
Contribute to improving project management systems reporting and workflows
Support implementation of KPIs dashboards and performance tracking tools
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and improve operational efficiency
Safety & Compliance
Champion company safety culture across all projects
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety requirements
Experience Required
10 years of experience in civil construction project management
Proven experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects
Strong background in cost control contract management and scheduling
Experience leading and mentoring project teams
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
PMP or equivalent designation strongly preferred
