The Site Merchandising Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution planning and optimization of online merchandising initiatives to drive sales improve site performance and enhance the customer experience. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver high-impact ecommerce projects across site merchandising internal search promotions taxonomy and content deployment while ensuring operational excellence and timely execution.
This role focuses on translating strategy into executional roadmaps driving alignment across teams and ensuring flawless delivery of site initiatives that impact revenue conversion AOV and overall digital performance.
Temporary Assignment
Currently 3-6 months but could be subject to change.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Leadcross-functional project management across Site Merchandising
Execute digital merchandising initiatives that drive Sales AOV RPV UPT and Conversion; translate strategy into clear project plans aligned to business goals
Oversee the maintenance of the Site Merchandising project board and roadmap ensuring visibility prioritization and on-time delivery of initiatives
Overseedaily site operations including launches PDP updates pricing category updates and promotions to ensure accuracy and timely execution
Monitor and provide weekly reporting onsite performance and KPIs to identify risks and optimization opportunities
Supportinternal search SKU optimization and taxonomy enhancements to improve product discoverability and customer experience
Supportdropship merchandising as needed
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelors degree required; Merchandising Digital Retailing or Marketing preferred
3 years of experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising or digital project management
Experience leading Site Merchandising teams and collaborating cross-functionally
Exceptional organizational communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Salesforce (or similar eCommerce platforms) Web Analytics Tools Excel
Collaborative proactive and solutions-oriented
Customer-Led Data-Driven Optimization
Manager-level experience with accountability for delivery and execution
