Responsible for developing and managing client relationships to drive new business revenue growth and customer retention. Identifies client needs proposes tailored solutions and builds long-term partnerships while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving performance targets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Expands business within existing accounts and identifies new opportunities for growth
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement
- Identifies customer challenges and recommends appropriate solutions
- Prepares and delivers presentations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
- Manages account renewals and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintains accurate records of sales activities forecasts and account strategies using CRM systems
- Handles escalations related to customer issues and ensures timely resolution
- Stays informed on market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure or related technology solutions preferred
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple accounts
