Role Objective:
The Finance Senior Executive Process Improvement & Automation will be responsible
for identifying designing and implementing process enhancements and automation
initiatives across finance functions to improve efficiency accuracy control and
scalability. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement using technology
standardization and data-driven insights.
Also the candidate has to support IT audits and various finance audits support DGM in
preparing reports and misc work.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement
Analyze existing finance processes (R2R P2P O2C FA MIS compliance) to
identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and control gaps.
Standardize SOPs process maps and documentation across finance
operations.
Partner with stakeholders to drive change management and adoption of
improved processes.
Take ownership of ITGC/ITAC audits from finance
Support Manager in Finance audits assessments etc
Support DGM Finance in preparing various presentations reports and MISC
work
Automation & Digital Enablement
Identify automation opportunities using RPA macros workflow tools and ERP
features.
Work closely with IT vendors and internal teams to develop and deploy
automation solutions.
Develop and maintain Excel-based automation dashboards and reporting tools.
Support ERP enhancements system integrations and finance digital
transformation initiatives.
Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls and audit
requirements.
Data & Reporting
Improve accuracy timeliness and reliability management reporting.
Create performance metrics (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and
automation impact.
Provide analytical insights to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with finance operations IT and business teams to ensure
alignment.
Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and
innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA(Finance) Finance Accounting or related field.
4 6 years of experience in finance operations process improvement or finance
transformation roles.
