Job Summary
Job Description:
Development: Design and configure custom scoped applications catalog items and workflows using Flow Designer Workflow Editor and JavaScript.
Design and develop Business rules client scripts portal widgets and Now Mobile app specific developments.
Integration: Build and maintain complex integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
Platform Expertise:
Lead development tasks in ITSM (Incident Problem Change Knowledge) and Service Portal.
Required Technical Skills:
Scripting: Proficient in JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS.
Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Now Experience UI Builder Flow Designer Now Mobile app ServiceNow Portal and API usage.
Technical Documentation:
Create technical documentation and runbooks.
