Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Catalog development scripting and integrations along with a solid understanding of ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request)
- Build and enhance Service Catalog items including workflows client scripts and UI policies
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work on Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and UI Actions for automation
- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications using best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing debugging and performance optimization
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance
Required Skills:
- 35 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in Service Catalog and ITSM module customization
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer and automation use cases
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
- Exposure to Integration Hub and scoped application development
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation and collaboration mindset
