Job Summary

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with endtoend platform experience across IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Customer Service Management (CSM) and ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities including Virtual Agent and AI Search to drive our enterprise service automation agenda. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering scalable solutions for large complex organizations with a strong focus on integrations security and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM and related modules (Incident Problem Change Request CMDB Discovery Service Catalog HR cases CSM cases portals).
  • Implement and enhance ServiceNow AI capabilities including AI Search Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent and relevant AIdriven workflows to improve selfservice and automation.
  • Build customize and maintain ServiceNow components such as business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions Script Includes Flow Designer/Workflows notifications and Service Portals.
  • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty applications (e.g. Microsoft Teams HR systems IT monitoring tools CRM identity providers) using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub MID Server webhooks and SSO (Single SignOn).
  • Configure and optimize CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITOM capabilities (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration) for robust service visibility and operations.
  • Implement and support HRSD capabilities (HR Case Management Employee Service Center/Portal lifecycle events HR workflows and SLAs) and CSM capabilities (case management accounts contracts SLAs entitlements).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders process owners and architects to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Adhere to platform governance coding standards and security best practices including Access Control Lists (ACLs) roles and data protection guidelines.
  • Support platform upgrades patches cloning and new module rollouts ensuring regression testing and minimal business disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents defects and performance issues related to ServiceNow applications; provide hypercare and production support.
  • Maintain highquality technical documentation including design specifications configuration guides integration diagrams and support runbooks.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum delivery model contributing to sprint planning estimations code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

MustHave Skills & Experience

  • 58 years ofhandsonServiceNow development and configuration experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including:
    • ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge Service Catalog)
    • ITOM (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration as applicable)
    • HRSD (HR Case Management HR Services Employee Service Center lifecycle events)
    • CSM (Customer Service Management cases accounts SLAs/entitlements portals)
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API server/client scripts) plus solid understanding of HTML CSS and JSON/XML.
  • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent AI Search Predictive Intelligence and automation via Flow Designer.
  • Handson integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub MID Server LDAP SSO and OAuth; prior experience integrating with Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB data model relationships service mapping concepts and their linkage to ITSM/ITOM processes.
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) practices for ServiceNow is a plus.

GoodtoHave / Preferred

  • Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules such as Vulnerability Response Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Service Portal and/or UI Builder (Next Experience) Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Exposure to DevOps toolchains and automated deployment frameworks for ServiceNow.
  • Experience in multiinstance multiregion large enterprise implementations.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Mandatory: ServiceNow Certifications
