Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow (SNOW) with Microsoft Teams. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery stakeholder management and ensuring seamless collaboration capabilities between ITSM workflows and Teams for enhanced user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNowMicrosoft Teams integration initiatives
- Manage project scope timelines risks and dependencies
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and client expectations
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and client stakeholders
- Conduct governance meetings (WSR MSR SteerCo)
- Provide regular status updates and manage escalations
Required Skills & Experience
- 812 years of experience in IT project delivery / managed services
- Strong experience in ServiceNow (ITSM modules)
- Experience with **Microsoft Teams integrations and workflows
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
