Job Summary

Job Description Software Development Engineer (Full Stack with Frontend Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer with 6 years of experience who is strong in backend development and has hands-on frontend expertise. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java (8) Spring Boot/MVC and AWS cloud services while also capable of building responsive accessible and performant user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java 8 Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
Design and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services (S3 EC2 Load Balancer ECS/EKS Docker).
Work with SQL (SQL Server Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Spinnaker Gradle Maven.
Write and execute unit functional integration and performance tests.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Datadog Kibana Splunk.
Build responsive and accessible UIs using HTML CSS JavaScript and React.
Integrate APIs and handle loading/error states authentication flows and performance optimizations (bundle size lazy loading).
Ensure basic UX awareness and accessibility compliance in frontend development.
Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on backend reliability and frontend usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java 8 Spring Boot/MVC.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3 EC2 ECS/EKS Load Balancer Docker).
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server Postgres MongoDB).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Jenkins Spinnaker Gradle Maven).
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog Kibana Splunk).
Frontend skills: HTML CSS JavaScript and React (preferred).
Experience with API integration authentication flows performance optimization accessibility and UX basics.
Strong problem-solving debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindset.
