Job Summary
Location : Kozhikode / Calicut Kerala
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related analytical/technical field (e.g. Mathematics or Statistics) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a cross-functional team
Execute manual test cases based on user stories requirements and design documents
Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies using tools like Jira with guidance from senior team members
Perform functional regression exploratory and integration testing across web and mobile platforms
Use API testing tools (e.g. Postman Swagger) to validate basic data and application behaviour
Assist in creating and maintaining test cases checklists and validation documentation
Collaborate closely with developers senior QA members and product managers to understand feature flows
Re-test resolved defects and verify that fixes dont introduce new issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning standups and sprint reviews
Learn and follow QA best practices tools and internal workflows through hands-on guidance
Contribute to product quality by asking questions documenting results and following up on assigned tasks
AI & Tooling Expectations:
Basic interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency
Ability to use tools like ChatGPT or similar for test case ideas documentation and analysis (with guidance)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira Postman Swagger and basic understanding of version control (e.g. Git)
Use AI assistance to improve productivity identify edge cases and accelerate repetitive QA tasks
Basic familiarity with AI-assisted testing concepts such as prompt-based validation test generation and log analysis

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
