Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer you will engage in the design construction and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements developing innovative solutions and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and reporting tools.
- Experience in application development and configuration management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
