Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the location as our dedicated Practice Manager.

Work directly with the upper management team to develop update and execute annual budgets and business plans.

Monitor all aspects of the practice operations providing clear advice coaching and assistance to store management and staff of 8.

Promote operational efficiency to maximize the practices profitability.

Ensure key processes remain in place through regular staff evaluations and careful data analysis.

Qualifications

Required experience in optical management.

Thorough knowledge of the optical industry spanning from high-end eyewear to lab production.

Proven history of successful management in either a private or retail eye care practice.

Customer-focused attitude with a hands-on approach to supporting both the team and patients.

Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills paired with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong ability to set and monitor the achievement of specific production goals.

Deep commitment to the mentorship of your team to help them learn and develop professionally.
