The Opportunity

You will lead a plumbing-focused construction services operation with full ownership of performance growth strategy and day-to-day execution. The organization is seeking a hands-on results-driven leader who can bring structure accountability and strategic direction to accelerate growth.

What Youll Own

• Full P&L responsibility and operational leadership
• Execution of growth strategy and revenue expansion
• Leadership of sales operations and field/service teams
• Building and maintaining a high-performance accountable culture
• Oversight of budgeting forecasting and financial performance
• Driving customer experience and service excellence
• Continuous improvement of operations efficiency and service delivery

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience leading a plumbing construction services or field services business
• Experience managing operations within a $20M revenue environment (required)
• Track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to build develop and scale teams
• Deep operational and financial acumen including full P&L ownership
• Ability to lead in a performance-driven service-focused environment

Ideal Background

• General Manager Regional Manager or senior operational leadership role
• Plumbing services experience strongly preferred (commercial service or construction)
• Experience scaling or optimizing service-based businesses
• Background in driving operational efficiency and growth within established organizations
