Nurse Practitioners care for patients across the lifespan with services that include family medicine womens health chronic disease management behavioral health and preventive care.
Collaborative team-based environment with integrated services including behavioral health primary care and dental care

About the role:

Full-time position - 4 or 5 days/week
Primary Care position seeing all ages
