As a CRNA you will play a vital role in administering anesthesia and monitoring patients throughout their surgical procedures. Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Provide pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Educate patients about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
- Experience in a clinical setting particularly in Anesthesiology
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts 40 hours per week
1:7 rotating call shifts manageable volume
Case Types: General surgery orthopedics otolaryngology neurosurgery thoracic vascular OB/GYN etc.
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $283000
$100K sign-on bonus
