Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures
Monitor patients vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgery
Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
Provide pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Educate patients about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care
Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
Experience in a clinical setting particularly in Anesthesiology
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts 40 hours per week
1:7 rotating call shifts manageable volume
Case Types: General surgery orthopedics otolaryngology neurosurgery thoracic vascular OB/GYN etc.
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $283000
$100K sign-on bonus
