Job Summary
- Support migration of multiple ERPs and business sites into NetSuite as part of a large-scale enterprise implementation.
- Partner with site-level Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather validate and document business and functional requirements.
- Participate in and contribute to solution design sessions; validate and support proposed system configurations within NetSuite.
- Lead process discovery sessions and document current and future-state business workflows with a focus on Order-to-Cash Record-to-Report Fulfillment lifecycle and (to a lesser extent) Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Develop detailed process flows using tools like Visio or PowerPoint.
- Understand and analyze warehouse operations and related system integrations.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders facilitating discussions across Finance Operations and IT teams.
- Help prioritize requirements and support change management efforts across multiple business sites.
- Map business requirements to test cases; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with requirements.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including NetSuite Admins Developers EDI Developers and Project Manager.
- Work fully remote with preference for Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Initial 3-month engagement with the possibility of extension through year-end.
