Job Title: Business Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in technical writing and documentation-heavy requirements work. This role supports complex enterprise initiatives by serving as the system of record for requirements decisions and dependencies. The ideal candidate is a strong written communicator who can translate collaborative working sessions into clear structured documentation while balancing agility with the rigor required in a highly governed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture document and maintain business and technical requirements decisions and open questions in Confluence as the authoritative system of record
• Translate working sessions workshops and stakeholder discussions into clear concise and consumable documentation for product engineering and delivery teams
• Drive discussions toward closure by clearly reflecting agreements unresolved gaps and next steps in written artifacts
• Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements decisions assumptions risks and dependencies
• Ensure documentation aligns with enterprise standards while remaining practical and usable for agile delivery teams
• Partner closely with product managers engineers architects and stakeholders to validate accuracy and completeness of documented outcomes
• Continuously refine documentation to reflect evolving requirements while preserving historical context and decision rationale Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in documentation-heavy or regulated enterprise environments
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience in technical writing requirements documentation or formal business artifacts
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working within structured processes and governance frameworks
• Ability to balance agility and speed with the level of rigor required by enterprise clients
• Experience using Confluence and Jira (or similar tools) as a system of record for requirements and decisions
• Strong facilitation and listening skills with the ability to synthesize complex discussions into clear written outputs Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting product and engineering teams in agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with traceability practices across requirements decisions and dependencies
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams in large organizations Key Competencies
