Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a long-term care center. The LPN will provide direct patient care monitor residents health conditions administer medications and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient conditions

Assist with care planning and implementation

Provide compassionate care to long-term care residents

Communicate effectively with physicians RNs CNAs residents and families

Requirements

Active LPN License (NC)

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Prior long-term care experience preferred

Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shift
