Job Summary

Star Nursing is seeking LPNs for urgent

Facility: Medical Office/Clinic
Radiology

Start Date: ASAP!
Shift: 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM / 8-hour shift
Length: 8 weeks

Need: 1x LVN

PAY RATES:

Local: $38/hr.
With housing: $28/hr.
Travel/No housing: ($15/hr. taxable $1080/wk. non taxable) - 15/27
** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify for housing allowance**

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
Monitor and document vital signs
Observe and report changes in patient conditions
Assist with wound care dressing changes and other medical treatments
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
Assist patients with mobility and personal hygiene tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control protocols

Requirements:

Step 1:

Resume with long-term care experience
Active LPN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Skills checklist
1-2 recent supervisor references

Step 2 (Upon Offer):

Physical and PPD (within the last 12 months)
MMR Varicella Hep B (or decline)
Tdap/Flu (or decline)
COVID negative test (current)
LGBT Training Certification
Background check and urine drug screen
Copy of drivers license and Social Security card
