Job Summary

Weekend 24 Hours Only - Saturday and Sunday Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Scrub and Aseptic technique required; All surgery types except Open Heart; Required experience with Urology Ortho Vascular General Endo/Laparoscopic Robotics; All typical OR equipment and XI Davinci robots Ratio / Census: 10 Rooms with average caseload of 20-25 per day Unit Systems: Pyxis Epic Scrub Color: Provided by the facility RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every 4th - 5th based on need Floating: Yes within facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: Yes One shift of weekday on call either 3-11p or 11p-7a each week also 1-24 hour shift on call every fifth weekend all based on department needs Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
