Job Summary (List Format):
- Coordinate and support the AtoZ Arizona Program and related projects which aim to create a centralized state services portal for Arizona citizens.
- Assist Program Manager/Product Owner and Project Manager with scheduling preparing agendas and organizing meetings.
- Attend meetings to capture detailed notes and distribute meeting minutes.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Compile and summarize reports presentations and other documentation related to the program.
- Communicate and interface effectively with program stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain various program documents including schedules plans and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress managing resources and coordinating project activities.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or inefficiencies in program operations escalating as needed.
- Document lessons learned and other project/program-related materials.
- Utilize Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet) for daily tasks.
- Leverage strong organizational communication and critical thinking skills to ensure smooth program operations.
- IT experience and project coordination experience (2-3 years preferred) are highly desirable; project management certifications are a plus.
