Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Design develop and maintain enterprise applications using PL/SQL (core skill) Core / MVC
Perform system analysis reengineering and application enhancements for large-scale systems
Develop and integrate REST APIs and SOA-based services
Analyze requirements and create technical design documentation (UML diagrams preferred)
Ensure application performance quality and maintainability through testing and reviews
Collaborate with onsite teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable public-sector applications

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
