Job Summary:
The Treasury Analyst will assist managers and analysts with day-to-day cash management in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach focused on maximizing liquidity reducing operational costs and ensuring accurate timely financial reporting. The analyst will maintain bank accounts and treasury platforms process electronic payments ensure compliance and participate in ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist managers and analysts with day-to-day cash management.
- Maintain the portfolio of bank accounts and treasury platforms coordinating account openings closures and compliance documentation.
- Monitor bank fees and service agreements.
- Support treasury system administration and controls.
- Process and monitor high-value electronic payments including ACH wire transfers and internal fund movements.
- Maintain payment controls dual authorization procedures and fraud prevention protocols.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies audit requirements and public authority regulations.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting creating tailored reports to answer specific questions.
- Participate in implementing a new Treasury Management System (TMS) within S4Hana.
- Test calculations and ensure the accuracy of the TMS system.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Mathematics Accounting or equivalent.
- Skills in cash management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems work in a team setting on implementations and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proven ability to organize data and report on studies in a logical and effective manner.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to use Pivot Tables Tables and Database formulas within MS Excel at a basic level.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Access SAP BI NYISO DSS and/or Tableau.
- MS Visio knowledge.
Special Considerations:
- Ability to work closely with others in the achievement of group and cross-departmental goals.
