Job Summary

The Scale of Leadership You will lead a 15-county command center consisting of:

  • Direct Management: 10 Sales Supervisors.
  • Indirect Oversight: 45 Sales Representatives & 50 Merchandisers.
  • Portfolio: 100 Suppliers across Beer Wine Spirits and Soda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Portfolio Strategy: Execute brand plans to dominate retail volume across all channels (On-Premise Off-Premise Hybrid Liquor).
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the Sales Process and ensure Gold Standard execution.
  • Data Command: Utilize VIP software (KARMA iDIG) to drive real-time adjustments and hit aggressive volume targets.
  • Mentorship: Hold supervisors accountable for KPI achievement and rep development.

Requirements

  • 7 10 years of DSD leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale multi-tiered organizations.
  • Technical mastery of sales dashboards and reporting.
  • Multi-category portfolio experience is essential.
