- Direct Management: 10 Sales Supervisors.
- Indirect Oversight: 45 Sales Representatives & 50 Merchandisers.
- Portfolio: 100 Suppliers across Beer Wine Spirits and Soda.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Portfolio Strategy: Execute brand plans to dominate retail volume across all channels (On-Premise Off-Premise Hybrid Liquor).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the Sales Process and ensure Gold Standard execution.
- Data Command: Utilize VIP software (KARMA iDIG) to drive real-time adjustments and hit aggressive volume targets.
- Mentorship: Hold supervisors accountable for KPI achievement and rep development.
Requirements
- 7 10 years of DSD leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale multi-tiered organizations.
- Technical mastery of sales dashboards and reporting.
- Multi-category portfolio experience is essential.
