Job Title: Technical Business Analyst/Data Analyst (Health Domain Exp preferred - 15 years exp)

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Extensive experience reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs
Understanding of business analysis areas of knowledge and associated activities and tasks
Experience participating in software development reviews and providing advisory support in analysis design and testing phases
Experience performing or participating in unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience planning and organizing work to accomplish multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills working with both IT and business stakeholders
Experience in serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams (Architecture Project Delivery Application Sustainment etc.)
Strong experience as a Data Analyst analyzing raw data and translating insights into business requirements
Strong experience in requirements gathering documenting detailed user needs defining program functions and outlining development/modification steps
Experience with business process reengineering and identifying innovative technology applications to improve business effectiveness
Expertise in industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering methodologies
Experience preparing solution alternatives conducting risk identification and producing financial analyses including cost/benefit ROI and buy/build assessments
Ability to formulate systems that align technology solutions with strategic business objectives
Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex tasks with broad latitude for decision-making
Preferred experience implementing case management systems
Preferred experience with Jira project management software
Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments and supporting full SDLC lifecycle activities
