Mental Health Professional

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Professional you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals couples and families (ages six and above). Responsibilities include:

Conducting diagnostic assessments
Developing individualized treatment plans
Providing ongoing therapy services
Collaborating with medical providers in an integrated care setting

The Behavioral Medicine Department operates within the same facility as physicians and primary care providers creating a highly collaborative environment that supports coordinated patient-centered treatment.

This position offers the flexibility of a four-day work week and compensation is not contingent upon client contact hours providing greater income stability and work-life balance.

Compensation:

Licensed Mental Health Professional:
$29.00 $44.00 per hour

Unlicensed Mental Health Professional:
$25.50 $28.00 per hour

Pay is based on prior relevant experience.
