Job Summary
Role- Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud)
Location- Titusville NJ
Healthcare domain Preffered
Preferred / Highly Desirable
Direct experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud or similar
CRM platforms in a patient-support context.
Hands-on experience with specialty pharmacy or HUB vendor integrations and knowledge of standards/APIs used for prescription/fulfillment (e.g. HL7 FHIR concepts EDI).
Experience with cloud-based deployments CI/CD for configuration-driven platforms or working alongside technical architects on integration architecture.
Experience in global program roll-outs or multi-country regulatory environments.
Background in nursing pharmacy or case management with practical patient-facing experience.
Familiarity with digital engagement tools (patient portals mobile apps chatbots) and behavior-change approaches to improve adherence.
