We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Security Clearance: Secret clearance not required to start but must be obtainable

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary:

• Support development and documentation of mechanical fluid and thermal systems

• Assist with system design development maintenance and modifications

• Provide design documentation and high-level requirements to downstream users

• Perform detailed mechanical design and system installation modifications

• Support spatial integration at system and component levels

• Contribute to work involving mechanisms landing gear and ordnance systems

• Assist with preparation of technical documentation

• Support engineering proposals and business development efforts

Requirements:

• Secret clearance not required to start but must be obtainable

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 years of engineering experience OR a Masters degree in an engineering discipline

• Degree must be from an accredited engineering program

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
