Summary:

• Design and implement end-to-end test solutions for assigned components and programs

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks libraries and fixtures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and feature requirements into test architecture

• Integrate hardware and software test environments and manage dependencies

• Create and maintain test plans test cases and traceability documentation

• Design and build test fixtures and equipment for development and production programs

• Execute tests analyze results and report and track defects

• Ensure test code quality maintainability and reusability

• Lead technical reviews within cross-functional engineering teams

• Perform verification and validation (V&V) of test requirements

• Lead qualification testing for new product introductions

• Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)

• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure long-term production support

• Upgrade and modernize test systems and equipment to align with evolving technologies

• Troubleshoot repair and perform root cause analysis on test equipment failures

• Train and mentor lab technicians and test engineers on equipment operation and maintenance

• Lead initiatives for test platform infrastructure and toolchain modernization

• Drive alignment across engineering manufacturing and validation teams

• Establish and promote best practices for test development processes

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Aeronautical) or related fields such as Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry (or equivalent international qualification)

• 5 years of experience in test solution architecture and design

• 5 years of hands-on experience performing engineering tests

• Experience designing test equipment for new product development

• Experience supporting and maintaining test equipment in production environments

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing test systems

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
