Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking a hands-on BI Analyst with strong experience in Tableau and Snowflake to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment. The associate will own end-to-end analytics deliverables-from data sourcing and modeling to dashboard design and stakeholder enablement-while working closely with business and technology teams.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design calculated fields LOD expressions performance tuning)
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (SQL schemas views optimization)
Advanced SQL skills for analytics and reporting
Experience working with large and complex datasets

Analytical & Business Skills

Strong understanding of BI concepts KPIs and metrics
Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions
Excellent data validation and troubleshooting skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities BI & Analytics Delivery

Design develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for business and executive stakeholders
Perform hands-on data analysis using Snowflake including complex SQL queries and performance optimization
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions with clear KPIs and metrics
Own dashboards and reports end-to-end ensuring accuracy scalability and performance

Data Engineering & Modeling

Work with Snowflake to build and optimize:
Data models
Views
Aggregations
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality consistency and governance Handle large datasets and support near-real-time reporting use cases

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with product managers business users and leadership to define analytics needs
Provide insights and recommendations through data storytelling and visualizations
Support ad-hoc analysis and rapid turnaround requests in a fast-moving environment

Ownership & Agility

Take full ownership of BI deliverables with minimal supervision
Work effectively in a fast-paced agile setup with shifting priorities
Proactively identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities in reporting and analytics

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Self-driven proactive and delivery-oriented mindset
Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data architecture
Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models
