Job Summary
Job Description:
Technical Scope / Responsibilities:
Execute intermediate configuration changes in Enablon:
Creating/modifying forms fields indicators
Updating calculation rules and mapping logic
Adjusting/correcting integrated and manual data entry setup
Manage complex data upload/review workflows:
Multi-sheet or multi-source data integration
Validation and reconciliation across Green House Gases and Emissions Inventory datasets
Troubleshoot non-critical system issues:
Calculation errors data flow inconsistencies
Field-level or module level logic issues
Support emission inventory preparation by:
Running emission calculations (using existing rules)
Validating emissions factors activity data boundaries
Producing draft QA/QC reports
Document configuration changes and contribute to version management
Provide support to end users and internal teams
Skills & Experience:
Required:
5 years of experience with Environmental related software workflows and reporting
Understanding of Green House Gases and Emissions Inventory environmental calculations and accounting principles:
o Scope 1 2 data
o Activity data types: fuel electricity refrigerants combustion
o Competency with structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
o Intermediate Excel expertise:
o PowerQuery or advanced functions a plus
o Ability to build structured documentation
Preferred:
Knowledge of Enablon AQS module configurations and calculation engines or similar software metrics modules in Enablon
Ability to translate regulatory change into system logic
Strong background in enterprise system integration and data governance
