Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Loyalty Systems Analyst
- Support Unity loyalty platform implementation across all retail restaurant and casino business lines.
- Assist with configuration setup and validation of Unity system; support integration with POS systems.
- Provide operational support during new outlet openings rollouts enhancements and post-launch periods.
- Execute end-to-end testing and validation of Unity platform functionality including point accruals and redemption workflows.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) regression testing and validation of issue remediation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Unity-related issues including root cause analysis and recurring issue identification.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely issue resolution.
- Provide on-site and/or remote support during soft openings grand openings and hypercare periods.
- Maintain documentation such as test scripts issue logs and knowledge transfer materials.
- Deliver regular status updates and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Location: Preference for Davie/Hollywood/FTL/Miami FL (hybrid); remote considered for highly qualified candidates.
- Casino/Gaming industry experience preferred.
- 6-month contract; open to candidates with required skills and LinkedIn profile.
