A Fortune 50 financial services organization is seeking an IAM Analyst to support Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance access certification and transformation initiatives.
This role will focus on analyzing documenting and improving IAM processes controls and workflows while acting as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to support compliance risk management and strategic IAM programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support IAM governance access certifications and audit processes across business and technical stakeholders
Ensure IAM controls adhere to policies standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct proactive reviews of user and privileged access identifying and remediating risks
Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements across IAM domains (Access Certification Identity Lifecycle Management Privileged Access Management)
Support and guide stakeholders in evaluating and updating access controls
Perform quality assurance on access certification campaigns and conduct gap analysis
Translate business and operational needs into IAM capabilities and transformation initiatives
Analyze application integrations workflows and processes to improve IAM operations and performance
Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis KPIs and trend analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Communicate findings recommendations and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process data and technology enhancements
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Bank Secrecy Act requirements
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in IT environments including Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Strong experience with IAM governance access certification processes and identity lifecycle management
Experience supporting transformational initiatives and IAM compliance programs
Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
